Strength & Conditioning


Fearless Strength & Conditioning is designed to maximize cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength/explosiveness.  If you goals are to be healthier, shed fat, get in tremendous shape, and add lean muscle; then this is the class for you! Only 1/2 hour long, it’s intensity offers a huge challenge to even the most fit athletes, while being fun and attainable for people on DAY 1 of getting in shape.  Students will develop strength, power, and explosion while using body and weighted resistance.  Each session is different and customizable to students with injuries, specific goals or fitness levels.  Get ready to sweat, and have a blast doing it!
